GAMBRO HOSPAL : a choice tenant to complete Phase IV of the Business Park (01/06/2006)
Following GAMBRO BCT, who had already taken up 2,838 mē of offices in building C, GAMBRO HOSPAL, a specialist in medical dialysis technology, has come into the Business Park by leasing buildings G and H of Phase IV, a total of 3,586 mē of office and polyvalent space.
GAMBRO is centralising its commercial activities and forming its new European Headquarters, bringing together a team of some 130 persons.
With this take-up, which confirms the success of Ikaros Park, almost the whole of the 17.150 mē of Phase IV has found tenants. Just 800mē remain available in buildings B and E.
