CODIC is very pleased to inform you that from now on, the building situated at the entrance of the park will be commercialised under the name « ELLIPSE » which refers to the curb of its facade designed by Jaspers & Eyers. As the ground floor can now be used for polyvalent surfaces, the building offers room to all types of companies in search for a combination of offices and polyvalent space. Accessible through overhead doors and with a clear height under concrete slab of 3,60 m, this ground floor can be finished with false ceilings, carpet or polybeton,… The ground floor is equipped with a system of convectors. The first floor is reserved for offices.
73 parking spaces, 60 of which are underground, are available for rental, which is an excellent ratio of 1 parking lot per 30 sq.m of rented surface.
