Kyocera Mita has chosen the Ellipse building of Ikaros Business Park (08/11/2006)
The success of Ikaros Business Park is keeping up its pace.
Following the recent renting of two buildings of phase IV by the Gambro Hospal company, CODIC is very pleased to announce that Kyocera Mita Belgium has chosen the Ellipse building to locate its headquarters.
Kyocera Mita Belgium, the rapidly growing subsidiary of the multi-national specialising in copiers and printers, will occupy more than 1,300 mē from the beginning of 2007, destined for use as a showroom, a training centre and a workshop.
Kyocera will be able to take full advantage of the polyvalent nature of the Ellipse building which, just like all of the buildings recently developed by CODIC in Ikaros Park, offers a unique combination of offices and multi-purpose spaces within quality architecture and finishing!
With this take-up, the whole of the Ellipse building is now occupied.
